The Station Wagon is referred to as ‘SW’.
Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the EU's General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR". Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.
£50 deposit required. Booking confirmed once we have acknowledged receipt of your payment. Remaining balance needs to be paid at the beginning of the event.
If you need to cancel your party for whatever reason, please contact us on 07944691844 or send us an email. We offer a free transfer option, which allows you to move your party booking to a new party date completely free of charge.
All we ask is that you provide us with a new party date within 30 days of cancelling. Your new party date can be up to 1 year from your original party date. Any deposit you have paid will be transfered to your new party date. You can’t change the date more than once.
Unfortunately, there is no refund if you notify us 2 weeks before the party date.
Payment by bank transfer or debit/credit card is preferred. Cheques not accepted.
Paying the rest of the fee for your party’s day by cash. Please provide exact money. We don’t provide change.
In the unlikely event of a major technical failure with The Station Wagon (not that this has ever happened) a full refund will be offered, or an alternative date arranged.
There are occasionally issues beyond our control that get in the way.
In circumstances such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstance which would subject SW or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger we reserve the right to cancel, alter or delay your booking. We will inform you of any such issue as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
In the event of traffic or other circumstances beyond our control preventing us from being able to fulfil your booking our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event. A pro rata reduction in the party hire fee will be paid in the event of a delayed start only if you fail to receive the full time you paid for. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings. Depending on the situation we will also offer to exchange the booking to another date.
If the party starts later than the agreed time because SW were not ready then we will continue until you have had the time you paid for. If the party is delayed because you do not turn up on time the party will still finish at the agreed time. If no-one turns up within 30 minutes of the agreed start time, then SW will leave and no refund will be given.
We will not tolerate bad behaviour, bad language, aggressive behaviour or threatening behaviour to our team or other The Station Wagon customers.
Employees of SW reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event no refund will be given to said individual(s) nor to the party in cases where this leads to a cancellation of the booking. Any additional costs involved in removing said participant(s) will be borne by the client.
For the comfort, health and safety of all concerned, there will be no smoking during any of the activities. The Company will accept no liability for problems arising from failure to accept and/or respond to the authority and instructions of the appointed staff.
Anyone considered being under the influence of drugs or having consumed an excessive amount of alcohol will not be allowed on board our van.
The Station Wagon company will not allow individuals to play games, which are not of a suitable age rating. The age appropriateness of games is set by PEGI and is now governed by UK law.
No food and drinks to be bought on or consumed within the van.
Photographs, videos and other recorded media taken during your event may be used by SW for marketing or advertising purposes. If this is unacceptable, please notify us beforehand. Any material published that you are unhappy with will be removed upon request. Safeguarding of children is of paramount importance to all of us at SW.
In the event of any damages caused by participants to vehicles or SW equipment, except by fair wear and tear, the client will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported to a member of SW immediately. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to driveway or ground’s that is considered to be caused by our vehicle, crew or partygoers. It is the party organiser’s responsibility to ensure the grounds are suitable to support our vehicles and where unsure to seek advice from a qualified person.
All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of SW is given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.
If you have any complaint during your booking, please notify your SW representative immediately. We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution. In the event that you are not satisfied then please explain in writing to the owner of SW as soon as possible after the date of your booking. Your feedback is important and will be treated as such.
The Company is covered by all necessary insurances.
As Fortnite is an online game and we require a strong Internet connection. We have Internet connection in the van, but for a more secure gaming experience, we would like to connect to your router by cable (we provide cable).
Under no circumstances are The Station Wagon responsible if the Fortnite servers are down, a random update is required, or the game is unplayable for any reason. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands.
Due to Fortnite not being a split screen game we will have to reduce the numbers of children/adults on our gaming van for parties. Fortnite will be playable on one console allowing for 6 players
